How do you know it's a pre WS CMI? I couldn't tell by the photos or text supplied on eBay... I'd agreee though, for a 6.03 machine, £2,300 is a tad on the expensive side. Cheers, Peter -----Original Message----- From: Fairlight-CMI@yahoogroups.com [mailto:Fairlight-CMI@yahoogroup

Hi Peter, No it was never upgraded, its a pre Waveform Supervisor Cmi so its a headache 7 expense to bring up to the 9.34 spec and pretty much impossible to bring up to 11.39 ! I was going to try and buy it but the price just went silly in the end ! I hope all is well , Regards, J

Are you certain it's a 6.03 machine? I asked the seller, but didn't know. I know it has an early serial number, but maybe it was upgraded at some point? It'd be interesting to find out! P -----Original Message----- From: Fairlight-CMI@yahoogroups.com [mailto:Fairlight-CMI@yahoogr

Hi Guys, Yes it was a thriller, however I have to say that the CMI 3 went for too much ( £ 2300 ) This is an old CMI 6.04 OS machine and to get it updated to OS 9.34 is quite difficult and expensive. In fact this was CMI 008 so it was a very early one off the assembly line ! It m
