I'm almost done building the digital noise module, except I can't find the 4006 IC very easily. Any comparable replacements? I'm also not 100% sure where the potentiometer hooks up. Is it at CLKO? Thanks, Daryl __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yah

Re: Separate Wave Reset input?

No reason at all why you couldn't add the extra reset input. It was only left out for "economic" reasons, namely, with the extra chip and time involved, I couldn't be bothered :)! This module after all was never intended as something for selling. Ken >I want to add an extra reset

Separate Wave Reset input?

2002-06-08 by vtl5c3

I want to add an extra reset input, identical to the one labelled Bank Reset, so that I can reset the wave counter separately. Since I'm going to be using two gates from a CD40106, I thought I'd use the extra gates as square LFOs, so that I have four square wave sources built int

You don't need to use any specific gnd pad. I usually run a wire from one of the gnd pads to the first jack, then a wire from that jack to the next and so on, and don't use the other gnd pads at all. One pot pag goes to the center, the other to the right terminal, when looking at

Thanks, Ken. I get Trigger out, but no burst. I've probably got something backwards (which POT out goes to which lug on the pot? Does CLK O go to the top lug or the right lug? Which of the 3 GRDs go to jacks? That kind of thing). I'll troubleshoot and let you know. Mike --- In cg

There is no bug fix on the Burst Generator. The jumpers in the photo are connecting the unassigned LED to the selected output. Most likely you have a construction error - a solder bridge, bad joint or whatever. Ken >Hello All - > >I just finished the BG hooked it up and no joy. L
