... I had a similar bug on the MD some years ago, but that one got fixed. I was syncing a 303 using Doepfers MSY2 midi to din sync converter. They ll fix it.

also when u reload the OS you ll need to reset the SID memory through the SYSTEM menu first before trying to upload the SID patch banks, usually works

the exact thing happened to me a month ago. I daisy chained the SID to my korg MS2000 and selected a patch higher than the SID s, and caused it to go insane
