i ve taken both md and mnm s apart before. do not use a screwdriver to pry the knobs off. its tempting, as they re on there very tightly. but you can do it

Hi, I had the same problem, I fixed it myself with email help of elektron support. First you have to remove the knobs gently, then remove the plastic cover,
