I always thought that electron should take a page from JoMoX and just add a last step parameter. on the JoMoX, this let you overflow into the next pattern.

You can use blinking LEDs to get around the 2 bar limit: Bar 1 - LED 1 solid Bar 2 - LED 2 blinks (in time with tempo?) Bar 3 - LED 1 blinks Bar 4 - LED 2

i doubt the 64 step will be an upgrade. daniel always said that it wasn t added in os updates because there was no way to do it without the proper grid
