what the point in that they are both floppy devices if you have a rev1 board just fit the rev f hxc emulator dont need to fit the slim floppy aswell hxc is not

No.. HXC completely replaces regular floppy drive. It is where you are not willing to do SCSI. You can only hook one floppy drive to the Emax. Emax would not
