I dont think he means the change in frequency as you change the pitch. I think he is just asking the the percentage of change in length of the entire sample

Hi Gary! Easy this one, especially with the example you used. Just divide the difference between the C3 and C4 by 12. a) 240 bpm - 120 bpm = 120 bpm b) 120 bpm
