Hi Steve, I have been able to successful transit sysex sounds to my VZ10 with SysEx Librarian on the Mac. I believe MidiOX will do something similar on the PC.

CZ sysex communication does not follow the same handshaking protocol everyone else uses, but its close. CZs do not send the 0x0F7 byte after every sysex
