Just checked the VZ10M manual - it states that you can store 64 patches and 64 operation memories - so in essence 128 actual storage allotments. Ahh - found it

Well, when I use the card in my PG380 synth guitar, there are 3 banks available - the guitar s internal bank (64 sounds), then 2 more, each with 64 sounds

One test to see if the sequencer is working properly would be to take a seqeuncer sysex dump, load it into your CZ-5000, and see if it plays.

You have to hold down the Real Time or Manual button and at the same time select the Track Number button. The Track Number should begin flashing indicating it

Interesting! As a CZ-1 is based on all the other CZ s (101 included), the method for retrofitting a similar internal battery on the lower CZ s may be similar.

You are correct. The 101, when new, held internal patches. After time they d get scrambled requiring a push of the button. Now, it seems like it won t hold
