Yes, the RA3 works in bigger CZ s. The RA5 is similar except with more memory (32 patches instead of 16 - I think) Bigger CZ s = CZ 3000, 5000 and CZ-1. Same

The 1000 is the same electronically inside as a 101. The 1000 is basically a 101 with full sized keys. The 6 D batteries for the 101/ 1000 are meant for them
