Thanks - this works, in that I can print now. However, the status monitor still comes up with an error box, and is not able to monitor the residual ink levels.

Dry mounting works fine. I use colormount at 200 deg. If you are using a textured paper, it works best to use a sheet of the same paper for a cover sheet.
