And that was the problem with the initial Media Street carts according to a guy who tried them back then, the glue was t strong enought to hold the pressure.

Also make sure the focus setting is set to O.0 . Some Epson scanners have a slight offset in focus to accommodate the distance from the glass to the plastic

We scan them all the time. Not on your exact scanner, but just lay them down on the glass and scan away, no big tricks except you might want to mask out around

Anyone have any tips on how to remove a chip from a Epson 9600 or 10000 cart? I tried on a few old ones and destroyed them. They seem to be extremely glued in.

There is fibers built up on your head. Ink sprays, hits it ,and drips. Nozzle check will look fine anyway. Clean your heads surface, carefully. Mark
