You can not scratch the ink off (but the texture of the substrate is of course marked).

That s certainly my understanding. If you tear either Crane SR or Da Vinci you can not see a thin plastic barrier unlike when you do the same to Epson Premium

Has anyone used this paper in either a 2400 or 1800? It is the thickest paper I ve ever seen and jammed my 1800 even when the 1800 was set to thick paper.
