Hello everyone, I am about to start building another format modular synth and it seems to me the mini jack formats offer more range of modules than banana so that is the reason I will go that way although I very much admire the banana modules of modcan and cynthia. My question is

A-188-1 BBD module not working

2008-03-21 by neil jendon

Hey guys, I was wondering where to start on fixing this module. I have a 2048 step A-188-1 that passes a dry signal but nothing on the effected side (Mix control to "0": full volume dry signal, mix control to "10": nothing.) The only thing I noticed was that the CA3096E IC got ve

you guys are getting that this pins can have pots, light sensors, switches attached, not just pins, right? this kind of matrix can potentially do quite a bit more than simple routing - its a real performance tool I think, which goes beyond what you could do an VCS3 Richard -----

I remember seeing pictures of old analogue computers that had removable patch panels. This way engineers could preserve and reuse their previous simulations without having to always re-patch everything from scratch. I always thought the same thing would be useful for modular synt

Hi! Can the A-150 / A-151 inputs handle audio as well? Or only control voltages? Can they be used to switch between several audio sources (without using VCAs or mixers). Thanks, Korhan [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
