Re: [Doepfer_a100]Radio receiver, was: new modules proposals

2008-03-04 by Korhan Erel

Hi, I have had STEIM (www.steim.nl) design a radio for me that can be controlled by sensors - it works with CVs too but not so good as with sensors. I was hoping for a bigger range of tuning but it turned out to be quite limited. The radio to be used here should allow continuous

Hi! Thanks for the responses. I was kind of clear on how to trigger the 160, but thanks for confirming it Ingo. I saw the example in the A161 manual about using the mixer to turn it into a sequencer, but since a mixer is not on my list (and will not be for a while), I didn't see

No need for extra sound source. just patch the end of decay to the gate so it self triggers. and you can drive the output to audio/oscillator levels, jsut mess aroudn with the switch and the different controls to get different 'waveforms' and control the frequency. not ideal but,

Wouldn't it be a logical decision to fit the monster base to whatever sells (or sold) most ? I suspect that the regular suitcases outsell the monster cases by a big ratio (the monster cases *are* expensive* after all), but hey, I'm not a sales person... So my vote goes to the 93c

Hi In the synth-diy list someone popped up with the idea to use a delay as Waveshaper/Phasemodulator. The basic idea is very simple. Use a triangle send it to the BBD, and modulate with a rectangle from the same VCO: |-Triangle--->|Audio | VCO| | BBD |-->Audioout |-Rectangle-->|C

Can several A-112s be used to construct a simple granular synth, with the A-112s in wavetable mode? Each A-112 would represent a grain going into a filter and then into a VCA, shaped by a ADSR? I guess a 4 grain synth would cost a small fortune, but it's probably worth it. On 2/1
