Do you have a trigger signal patched to the A140's Gate input, rather than a gate signal? This tends to cause clicks with short decay times, because the ADSR envelope skips past the Sustain segment. If this is the problem, the standard cure is to patch the trigger signal through

hi, as far as i know ,from my doepfer racks, the 5v led lights up only when you have connected in the bussboard the low cost 5v adapter(and,possibly the 5v power supply..i don't have one of the latter...) so,everything is o.k,the only modules that need the 5v supply are the a190,

Hi Bret, The A100 does not have a 5V source as standard (unless your rack came with a midi interface). You need the 5V adapter. This is a simple little pcb that plugs into one of the plugs on the power bus. It then uses the +12V and converts to 5V using 7805 regulator and pushes
