Dodgy eBay Auctions?

I'm 99.9% certain this one is dodgy: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=23785&item=3774697528&rd=1 I also have slight suspicions about this one too, but I could be wrong. It may be genuine: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=23784&item=
