The Dual Processor & Scaling Buffers do similar things but not the same thing. The Scaling Buffers (each) can apply scaling/inverting + offset to one signal at a time. They don't mix inputs. The Dual Processor (each) can mix/scale up to 3 inputs together + apply offset to the sum

Stick with banana based stuff if you can, it makes integration way easier. Consider Modcan stuff as a nice alternative. There are some nice filters, the LPG's from Cynthia, and Bruce is working on an Audio/CV sampler that sounds like it's going to be awesome. The plan B stuff see

According to Serge himself, connecting outputs will potentially blow something up. Though the chance of this is extremely rare, I think he said one chance out of a thousand or something like that. If you find that you've connected outputs together, just unconnect them. Stephen __
