paul, anyone- is there a way to create/edit a bar that's not part of a pattern, while the pattern plays, & then "reveal" it by changing the length of the part? used to know how to do this in v3..... so, e.g. I have a part playing with 2 bars, & I want to copy/paste the first into

Thanks Colin. I think I was not using the bar function efficiently. I used many tracks for each drum in a kit. I was breaking the bars up for each of these tracks to match the chord changes in other tracks, but I think I should have been using the bar repeat function for all the
