Doesn't the "Main" Gate have to be activated on that step in order for the Aux's "gate" to work. In other words, if your gate is set on 1, 5, 9, 13 for 4 x4 BD then steps 2,3,4,6,7,8,10,11,12,14,15,16 won't make any notes in Aux1,2,3,4. Unless Colin's changed that behavior from e
