This looks like Olimexes part number for there eval or development boards. The easiest way to get these is directly from Olimex, but they are in hibernation

I m not sure what the LPC- H 21xx is, but you can buy LPC21xx parts from Arrow, Avnet or Future. See the link that I use on the Philips website.
