MIDI out is enabled on the 505 and the Evolver syncs and follows the tempo changes. It works fine when I use a 505 sequencer part to trigger Evolver as a sound

Tried both of those. Key Mode only affect incoming MIDI notes and my envelopes are short. I ve worked around it by using Evolver as the master. Pressing Reset

Are you overlooking something obvious? Maybe. I m not close to my Evolver now, but I don t think this is a problem with your MC-505 or your setup in general.
