I believe the data on page 54 to 59 is sysex, not cc, cc doesn t go to 164 (filter cutoff for example) it only does 0-127. Remote 25 only does 1 byte of sysex

No difference in the sound itself. It s just about the polyphony, the Combo mode, and an LCD that lets you view Program and Combo names, among other things.
