Hey Bakis, If I keep a patchcord inserted in the hardsync it indeed behaves normal. But as soon as I unplug it the "PW feature" is back... Hmm... Was I right about the sawtooth wave? Greetings, Ernst

hello, maybe your a171 is not calibrated to exact 1:1 amplification, this is not an error of your module, afaik it is a side effect of the a171 design. the a171 can be calibrated to exact 1:1 amplification, you should contact doepfer directly for more information. best wishes ing

The Vector struts look exactly like the Doepfer ones, but do not have the protruding lip down one end that goes flush with the faceplate when mounted. the mounting faces of these struts are flat. Other than than, their hieght, finsh, etc is identical. Gary Chang stunbled upon the

Unless I'm mistaken, the Metalbox wavefolder is Ken Stone's Wave Multiplier board with a fracplate. It this is the case, it's real real close to the Serge multiplier and this was not intentional on Ken's part - he didn't just copy Serge's. The Serge Wave Multiplier is more in you

Installing two PSUs in one cabinet may require a higher fuse. It all depends on what you're powering. The second unit itself will draw minimal current with no load on it. If nothing else make sure you don't use a fast slow fuse, the increased power-on serge from the two may take

isn't a-130 linear VCA? meaning it is optimized to process control voltages. you can run audio through it as well, but it should be louder. i used to own A-131, but returned it due to a noise. i am still not certain why - was it user error (me) or else. we had a thread about that

I'm not shure if I already have pointed out that different counting methods may cause the troubles: some manufacturers count from zero, others from 1 (e.g. 0...15/1...16 for midi channels, or 0...127/1...128 for program change numbers). In the A-190 manual the count starts from 1

hello sam, i do not remember if the a190 has this parameter, but, if the a190 has a "retrigger time" parameter, then set this to 001 or 002. when you also set retrigger to "on" then the a190 will work fine. that's what i do with my mcv24 midi-cv interface. welcome to the group! b
