Ok. That makes more sense now. It still makes for a useful function at CV2 and helps avoid external patching through a polarizer or inverter. Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the help. Regards. Raul

I have a Drehbank. Judging by the user manual, the only difference is that the foot controller inputs provide +5V on the Ring of the TRS socket. The modification probably just severs this connection. It would also be possible to build a custom cable that would have no connection
