Just answered the new poll, but think it need some explanation. I have never had a jack go bad and I bought my oldest modules at the very beginning so the must be like 7 years old. On the other hand I haven't been patching that intensive. Done a patch or two, then perhaps nothing

I have owned (and loved) Doepfer equipment for 4 years now, and have personally only had 2 jacks malfunction on me, to the point of having to pull out the module and push in the metal contacts to tighten the connection. Having said this, most of them DO wobble a lot when the plug
