Thanks, Stephen, I already found the solution. I had entered the size for the 13 paper incorrectly by 2.1mm. When I reset it to 328mm, it printed fine.

Turns out t he problem was that my conversion of inches to milimetres was slightly off. Epson s package for 13 paper is 329mm and I had mine set at 32.5cm.
