The easiest way is to use the sculpt command. Just get to page 7 in pattern edit (hold down page, then hit step 7), and hold down the function key under sculpt note. As the sequencer runs, each step's note value will be overwritten with whatever value is encoded by the data knob.

Skip Reset / Pickup suggestions

Just a couple of suggestions to throw into Colin's potential "upgrade" pot. 1. Skip Reset facility - currently eg when skipping, say, steps 9-16 you have to hit all 8 buttons. Could we have a facility to, for example, hit button 9 and let that act as a reset back to 1? Skipping 8
