Mmm... that blows. I would try reloading the firmware if you can. Have you tried a Panic Reset? I forget the key combo.

There is no 0 displayed when decrementing the preset button beyond 1 yet the is a preset 0 in the BC Manager presets table and furthermore the name of preset

Yes however. Behringer in a stoke of evil bound those two buttons with the learn store exit edit buttons so if you want the preset buttons to transmit CC data
