actually the ensemble generates 4 voice chords. 6 times 4 is 24. but i doubt that this is the reason for Elektron to claim that the mono is capable to produce

... yes. PC- Monomachine is all you need to update the OS. BUT be warned that backing up your data prior to updates is highly recommended. the OS1.0 update

Turning up the distortion to 0 should actually reduce distortion, as the distortion setting dictates the level of amplitude at which one will begin to hear
