You can generate this CF image yourself with EMXP. This can be done by creating an empty Emax-I HD/CD image (option 1.5.2) and then copy the Plus OS to it

And be sure that you put the Cable on the Mainboard is in Center of the connector. If you ever disconnected the Cable. Check it! On time I made this mistake
