Like I said before ESX does not see Mixed Mode CDs, Extract the Akai Portion as an Image with toast, burn to a new CD and use that to import, apple extensions

Also, if the disk is multi-format, AKAI + audio then you would have to extract the AKAI image and burn it as a separate CD for the ESX to see it
