Wouldn t recommend a 1200 DPI scanner for 35mm. You d never get the size print you mention with good quality. for 2 1/4, you might get by with that scanner

Tom, As long as you are using Epson compatible inks, you shouldn t need to flush. It is when you switch to an ink like Lyson that you will need to flush. MIS
