I had my UT7 inks go totally green on me once. Definitely not normal. It was some sort of settling issue. Shaking the cartridges got the color back to normal.

Don t know about the 2400, but it s certainly true with the 2200: VFA (and other good matte papers) will not show up unless the matte cartridge is installed.

I use the Colorburst Xphoto RIP with my 4000 and make my own CMYK profiles for the MIS K4 inks. Works well with the 2200 also. If you use the Epson UC inks
