Unfortunately a simple low pass filter will not do the job (otherwise we would have added it). You need a filter with a steep slope 24dB or more) that follows the clock frequency of the A-188-1 or -2. The low cost solution of a fixed filter that was used in older BBD devices does

I agree with damon. I'd rather hear the module in the raw so as to understand the sound better. If the examples had a filter on, it would possible cloud someone's perception of the module and they might perceive their new purchase is faulty once they first started using it. Rgds

thanks for the suggestions! what would be the advantage of a bipolar mixer rather than the standard mixer? I was trying to make the system a hybrid of processing and generating sounds, hence the 2 oscillators. The idea of using the a108 as a additional osc is very useful. thanks
