I think it goes like this: 1. Convert MIDI velocity to CV. 2. Patch envelope into linear VCA. 3. Patch velocity CV into VCA control input. 4. Patch envelope from linear VCA out into regular VCA. Now the velocity of slap should control the amount of envelope sent to VCA. Regards,
