Harry, To get the printer back, reopen the download diskimage (.dmg). Under Profiles/4000-UC there s an Install4000 script. This setups the printer for you.

I don t think that its worth it to do this with a 4000. You do not need to flush however. All you need to do is an INIT FILL followed by two KK2 CLEANINGS.
