Hi, The Serge gear I'm familiar with from the early '80s used only skinny knobs (approx 12mm diameter, 1/8" shafts) which appear to be the Davies 1900-H. I've seen them listed at Allied (alliedelec.com) as recently as this summer. $2.42 in small quantity. Earlier panels also used

No idea on either, sorry. When I make my panels, I use a laser printer and paper, so my designs are in photoshop. As for the knobs, the larger knobs (1/4" shaft) appear to be Marshall amp knobs, while the smaller ones (1/8" shaft) I have never seen anywhere else. Most likely some
