Unfortunately, no such thing. Disklavier software only works on Windowx XP, 98, 95. Get a used laptop for your Disklavier utilities. Carol

You will need to get an engineer to have a look at the piano. There is probably a fault with the key or pedal drive (e.g. solenoids, drive circuits, etc)

The E1 indicates there was an error on Key 52. HS means hammer sensor. GS means Grey Scale. It sounds like key 52 has either lost its grey scale shutter
