CZ230s,101 and 1000 here - note to anyone that does not know - the 230s has 4 RAM areas for your own tones - I use the 1000 to create them and then slot them

Be carefull not to draw too much current for the backlight. I use a 2k up to a 20k resistor to limit the current to the backlight depending on led brightness.
