It has an extremely wide range. In VCO mode the frequency goes from less than 5 Hz up to more than 100 kHz (with appropriate external control voltage). But only between about 32Hz and 8kHz the 1V/octave tracking is good (in contrast to A-111-2/A-111-3 where the excellent 1V/octav

Hi Nick, Within the modular world it's not an luxury to have a multimeter. In that case solving the routing of the pcb is a breeze. I soldered one of my A180-2s and used a black marker between the 4 and 5th jack. Maybe Dieter has the right answer to your pcb thing. Cheers Jacco S

Hi Jacco, Thanks for that. You highlighted a key issue with my original post - this is an original A-180, not a re-badged A-180.1 so that probably explains the earlier PCB layout. It was clearly sold originally as a 2 x 1:4 because there is no black line on the panel between jack

Hi Nick, This must be an old pcb rev. I looked it up but both my A180-1s and A180-2s (and I got a lot of them) have another pcb layout. Very clear two solder bulbs very close to each other, can't miss. Can't help you herewith, buy a new one for 30£ ? Good luck and cheers Jacco Th
