I've ordered 2048 stages BBD modules... but after more accurate reading I got a little confused... in the audio examples in the Doepfer site... 2048 is used for Karplus appplication, but in the pdf file for using the BBD module... it says that 1024 is recommended for Karplus appl

hello dirk, on the very first prototypes of the module the output level was a bit low, so on the production models the output level was increased. maybe the final amplifier in your module has a problem. how does your a188/1 loudness compare to the loudness of a filter? best wishe

Sorry, in re-reading your post: this mixer is good for combing and inverting/mixing volages or audio. You would need somthing else for stereo panning: A-134 Voltage Controlled Panning. Of course use what ever you want to control it. Soy Sos

The polerizing mixer is a good low cost and versitile solution for this. It can also be used for many other things also. When budget and space are a consideration as in my case, it's a lot of bang for the buck. Herman/Soy Sos

At first sight everything seems to be OK - except the correct recording/playback. Pay attention that the modules records only while the gate button is held down. I'd recommend to hold the button until the LED turns off. Pay attention also that the audio input level is sufficient
