Hi, Last 3 weeks I couldn't check my mail and I missed last 75 messages. Is there anything important that I missed or should know, maybe the new order, or R3? I'm running v3.85 now. Cheers, Roel

Folks, Firmware v3.88 beta (in Yahoo files now) adds 4 aux events for sending additional note messages. This makes P3 up to 5 note polyphonic per pattern, 40 notes in total. There are 4 note events: - aux note abs - aux note rel - aux note abs Xd - aux note rel Xd The 'abs' event

Folks, I've been having a look at the occasional problems of non- functioning 6N139 opto-isolators, and come to the conclusion that the resistor values specified up until now are not suitable in 100% of cases. I know Andy had a problem with one, I suspect Keith's upgrade problems

hi Colin, i'm playing around with a new setup with an additional midicontroller, and i'm noticing that, with midi-thru set to 'any', although the P3 passes through the midi note-on/off messages, it isn't passing through any controllers.. i'm not sure if it was like this before th

OS Upgrade

I seem to have upgraded ok to v3.86 ok using MIDI-OX, but while sending the file the P3 display rapidly flashed alternatively: BAD DATA! SEND MORE DATA (or something) I panicked at first but all seems ok, is this behaviour during an upgrade normal? cheers.. Keith http://home.free

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
