You need to get a resetter for your cartridges. When the print monitor says you need to change the cartridge, take it out of the printer and reset the chip.

I concur with Greg. You don t want dry jets. Also, you ll probably need a ribbon with 6 tubes anyway. These ribbons flop all over the place if too narrow.
