Re: [Doepfer_a100] First modular system?

2007-05-06 by Silas Johansen

Hi Pete, If that's what you want you might want to consider getting rid of the Clock Divider + Clock Sequencer, which would leave room for one more 8HP module. Other modules to consider replacing are the ring mod (some people rarely or never use those anyway), the S&H (same thing

Hi Peter, In my experience the Doepfer is much more extensive, better conceived and more reliable than the Analogue Systems. I'd start with the Doepfer Basic system 2. The only thing I would possibly change ( but this is personal preference ) is that I would use Plan B Model 15 V

Hello all, I'm new to the world of modular synthesis and am looking to buy my first system. After trawling through various web sites and reading numerous reviews it seems my best bet is either a Doepfer A-100 Basic system 2 or Analogue Systems RS Integrator system 3. These two sy

You will need to send it to a filter or/and use the lower delay settings, this is what all analog delays do(you just don't have control over it normally) I believe Doepfer has a dual version of a switched cap filter in the works to compliment the 188 modules: http://www.doepfer.d
