I have a Quad ADSR that I have had for a month now and only got around to playing with it seriously today. To be honest I know synthesis quite well, but found this to be quite confusing, also for the fact that I couldn't get it to work ( never had an ADSR in modular form before)

Are you able to measure the output voltage of the A-141? There are some tolerances in the OTA circuit used in the A-141 that may cause some +/-10 mV offset offset voltage. If it is much more (e.g. 0.5 V or more) the module is probably defective. If there is a small offset voltage
