I d tend to agree -- too many steps can be a detriment. What I like the best is the 21x4, you get 4 measurements for each step and the software averages them.

I think the problem is your Epson color cartridge. QTR needs all black and gray ink. Like the MIS UT2 inks. Honestly I m not sure if the UT2 carts will work
