the 34one is a great solution for the P3 and can be used with anything lacking a tap tempo - as far as slowing down and speeding up it is much more musical than a knob or for example the buttons on Akai MPCs. I've been using mine for a year without a hitch Richard ----- Original

Is there a tap tempo function on the P3? I guess I had just assumed there was. I ordered my unit but still awaiting it's arrival so I don't have hands on yet, but I looked through the manual and realized there was nothing there about it. I'm hoping if it is not part of the OS yet

Hi Colin, i'm having problems with the new update. At the end of the sysex send i get an error message (code CHK Error!). The P3 still can still be booted up after this and it seems to be working fine but i couldn't say for sure. Now for my main gripe. I'm using this with a virus
