That does imply that the retrofit writes something back to the diskette. All I know is that I never had an SE retrofit disk, I had a disk with a bank on it

The SE upgrade is indeed nothing but a OS upgrade that came on 1 disc, nothing more. As far as why transform multiplication keeps giving you a not enough
