The CZ1 service manual lists these as Panasonic EWA style slide pots. I attached the pdf datasheet if it will come through... The stereo chorus pot is a 50k

Relays are found in many organs and synths and act as a buffer or mute on power up and down so you don t get big audio spikes or thumps that can damage gear.
